| Baking for Simoleons |
Meet Shawnee Bentin I created this sim sometime ago and have enjoyed many hours of game play with her. She has almost all of her skills at level 10 especially cooking and now baking. She just opened her new bakery called Le Sims Bakery. In only 7 sim days she has made well over 10,000 in simoleons. Here are some tips on creating a smooth game play and making big bucks well simoleons when running your own bakery in the sims 4 get to work.
1. Bring on the happy!
 |
| Design your own uniforms for your employees. |
I would first suggest using what I call the "Make Happy" cheat in order to get your Sims through the day and make those big simeolions. You will find once your sim opens the door they will be flooded with hungry sims waiting to buy sweet treats. Soon you will find with all the baking and helping customers your sims needs will deteriorate. The cheat to keep your sims a float is easy open the help window by entering
ctrl alt del on your computer and then enter
testingcheatsenabled true, once done right click on your sims and choose make happy.
2. Star Baker
 |
| Become a star baker by maximizing your skills in baking |
Make sure before opening a bakery that your sim has at least a 5 or more in baking or cooking skills. If they don't you will find owning a bakery very frustrating for you and your sim. Having high cooking and baking skills will allow your sim to offer a variety of baked goods from new baking dishes like doughnuts, fruit pies, blueberry bagels and more...You will also find your sim as they increase their skills in these areas to decorate cookies and cakes. Offering more for your sim customers to buy means more big simeolions for your sim.
3. Help Please
 |
| Be prepared to sell out of baked goods fast. |
I would suggest not hiring an employee when you first start your business you want to make sure you stack as much simeolions as you possibly can in the first 7 days. Hiring an employee will only take most of what you earn. Besides, new employees unless your willing to pay the top salesman you will find they goof off most of the day. In the case of my sim Shawnee, she has a husband with high baking skills as well and three teenagers who help in her bakery, so keep it in the family and watch the simeolions keep rolling in.
4. Preparation Is Everything
Make sure your sim is baking their butts off before they open the bakery and through out the day. Not baking enough will cause your sim to run out of goods fast and not have enough to sell which in some cases will make your sim customers very angry. It is also important to give duties to the sim's helping you in your household to keep things flowing just like a real business. This means designating one sim to baking all the cupcakes using the cupcake factory and another sim can help ring up customers or clean
5. Perks for Success
You can earn perks as you progress in your business you can use these perks to improve your business. I found when my sim first started her business she was waiting on customers way to long and it took forever for her to complete the sell once they decided on a bakery dish. As soon as you are able buy the perk that allows you quicker customer turn around time. It will allow you to boost sales with customers faster which in turn makes more simeolions.
I hope these tips for better game play with the Sims 4 "Get To Work" is helpful and remember to like my blog @mommysplay2 to get daily Sims 4 tips, tricks and more.
